Reseller Dashboard and Sales Analytics

Track your reselling performance in real time with detailed dashboards, sales stats and a community leaderboard on ControlResell.

To sell smarter, you need to understand what's actually working. ControlResell gives you a clear, instant view of your business the moment you open the app.

Home dashboard

As soon as you land on ControlResell, you get a dashboard with your key numbers front and centre:

• Revenue: your turnover at a glance
• Favourite messages sent: how many automated messages have already gone out
• Listings: how many items you've posted
• Relists: how many relists have been carried out

The dashboard also shows period summaries: yesterday, last week and last month, so you can track your progress effortlessly. You'll also find your latest sales right on this screen.

Sales statistics and results

The Results page lets you dig deeper into your performance. Your sales sync automatically from your connected marketplaces, and you can track the favourite messages you've sent along with your automated relists.

Filter by period

Pick the period you're interested in (the last 7 days, for example) to see:

• Number of sales over the period (e.g. 4 sales)
• Revenue generated (e.g. £70)
• Listings published
• Relists carried out

Filter by brand, category or account

Refine your stats by filtering on brand, category or account to pinpoint what's working best and fine-tune your sourcing strategy.

Community leaderboard

Inside the stats section, you'll find a leaderboard: a ranking of every ControlResell user over a chosen period (the last 30 days, for example).

For now, the names shown are randomly generated aliases (owl, elephant, wolf and so on). Down the line, every user will be able to set their own handle. It's a brilliant way to stay motivated, benchmark yourself against other resellers and have a bit of friendly competition with your mates.

Web app

On the ControlResell web app, you get the same statistics as on mobile: revenue, profit, items sold. The leaderboard is also available straight from your browser.

Subscription usage tracking

In your settings, you can review your subscription usage in detail:

• AI listings: number of listings generated by AI
• Relists: number of relists carried out
• Messages: number of automated messages sent
• Connected accounts: number of accounts currently linked

This way you know exactly where you stand against your plan's limits.

Data export

Export your items as CSV for your bookkeeping, tax returns or personal analysis. Pick the period you need and download your data in one click.
