All your listings at a glance

Once your accounts are connected, your listings automatically appear in your inventory. Each item shows:

• Its photos
• Its current status (relisted, being relisted, published, and so on)
• A direct link to the listing on every marketplace where it is live

You can open the full detail of any item straight from the list, with every photo and every piece of information.

Adding a new item

Manual creation

1. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen
2. Add photos from your gallery or camera
3. Fill in the details: title, description, price, brand, category, size and condition
4. Save

AI-powered creation

You can also use AI Listing to automatically generate the title, description and attributes from your photos. Learn more →

Search and filters

Find any item in seconds thanks to the advanced filters:

• Category: filter by clothing type or accessory
• Brand: pull up every item from a specific brand
• Size: filter by size
• Status: in stock, published, being relisted, sold, and more
• Listing price: filter by price range
• And plenty of other criteria to match how you work

Inventory on the web app

On the web app, your inventory is organised into tabs for even faster navigation:

• In stock: items that have not yet been published to your marketplaces
• Scheduled: items queued for a future publication
• Published: items currently live on your marketplaces
• Sold: items that have been sold

This tab-based layout lets you see exactly where each item sits in its lifecycle at a single glance.

Bulk actions

Save time with group actions:

1. Tap the Select button to switch to selection mode
2. Tick several items
3. Pick an action: publish, relist, delete, drop the price, and more

Custom fields

Add your own fields to organise your inventory the way you want. For example: cost price, storage location, supplier, and anything else that matters to you.

From the create or edit screen, tap the settings icon in the top-right corner to configure your custom fields.

Item detail and history

Every item has a detailed profile including:

• All the information (photos, description, price)
• The publication status on each marketplace
• A complete history: creation, publications, price drops, relists and final sale

The history lets you trace the exact journey of every single item you list.
