Connecting an account
The first time you use ControlResell, you add your various accounts. Once they're connected, everything syncs automatically: your items appear straight away in your stock.
- Go to Profile, then My accounts
- Tap + Add an account
- Select the platform
- Follow the connection steps (credentials, verification code)
- Your platform is connected and synced
The initial sync can take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour depending on how many items you have on your account. After that, everything updates in real time.
Multi-account
You can connect multiple accounts on the same platform (for example, three separate Vinted accounts). That way you manage your whole operation from one place.
Important: on a single platform like Vinted, you list on one account at a time (to avoid any risk of sanctions). You can, however, list simultaneously on different platforms (for example Vinted + Shopify).
