As soon as a sale happens on any of your marketplaces, it syncs automatically into the Orders tab in ControlResell. No more juggling between Vinted, Shopify and the rest — everything lives in one place.

Automatic sales sync

Every sale lands in your order list automatically, with all the details you need:

• The item photo
• The item name (or "Bundle of X items" for grouped orders)
• The sale price
• The number of days left to ship
• The source platform and account

Preparing your orders

Getting orders ready to ship is quick and straightforward:

1. Select the items you want to prepare (for example, 2 items to post)
2. Print the shipping labels in thermal format directly from the app
3. The item title is printed at the top of each label — so you can instantly match the right parcel to the right order while you pack

Individual printing

Select one or more orders and print their labels in a single tap. Labels are generated in thermal format, ready for your label printer.

Bulk printing

A button in the top-right corner lets you print every label at once. Got 20 parcels to send out? Tap once and all the labels are generated in one go.

Printing from the web app

If your printer isn't Bluetooth-enabled, you can print straight from the web version. Labels are cropped and ready to go — ideal if you prefer working on a computer.

Quick filters

Sort your orders in a single tap:

• To ship: orders waiting to be posted
• To collect: purchases to pick up from a drop-off point
• Prepared: orders you've marked as ready
• Not prepared: orders still waiting to be packed

Advanced filters

For more precise searches, use the advanced filters:

• By preparation status
• By transaction type (single item / bundle)
• By platform
• By account
• Sort by date (newest / oldest)
